Sorbus intermedia ‘Brouwers’

Sorbus intermedia ‘Brouwers’, the Swedish whitebeam, is a deciduous tree with a  more upright form than the species, and a more oval and uniform crown.  Reaching a height and spread of 6 metres by 4 metres, its creamy white flowers in spring are followed by small orange, red fruits.  This tree can cope with windy and difficult conditions and copes with a range of soil types.
