Salix caprea ‘Pendula’ – Kilmarnock Willow

Salix caprea ‘Pendula, the Kilmarnock Willow, is a very popular small, deciduous tree renowned for its attractive weeping form and early catkins. Reaching a height and spread of approximately 2.5m, this compact tree produces fluffy silver-grey catkins with yellow anthers in spring on pendulous branches. The Kilmarnock Willow is well-suited for small gardens, patios, and containers, and thrives in full sun to partial shade in moist, well-drained soil.
