Guarantee Overview
We work hard to nurture our stock and pride ourselves in the quality of our plants and trees and therefore, we guarantee that all our trees and plants will leave Old Sodbury Tree and Plant Nursery in a good condition that will enable them to thrive.
As they are living products, we cannot guarantee plants and trees against natural events such as extreme weather, diseases (which developed after purchase), animals, planting conditions or poor planting or aftercare. They must all be watered and kept weed free after purchase and trees should be staked and planted as per our guides. Trees should also be planted using Rootgrow, purchased from us.
We have a number of planting guides available should you need help.
Bare root
We guarantee bare root trees and plants that have been purchased and planted as per our instructions between 1st November and 31st March, will come into leaf by the end May.
If you’re bare root hasn’t come into leaf by the end of May, submit the following details to info@oldsodburytrees.co.uk by end of June:
- Detailed photos of the plant and surrounding area
- Details of planting conditions including growing media and fertilisers used
- Date they were planted
Returns and exchanges
We regret we cannot offer returns of exchanges of living products for bio security reasons.
Gift vouchers
Are non-returnable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Non-living products
We can offer an exchange providing the products is returned within 30 days in perfect, unused condition in its original unopened packing, with proof of purchase.
