Sorbus aucuparia ‘Asplenifolia’

Sorbus aucuparia ‘Asplenifolia’ is an upright deciduous tree growing to approximately 6 metres in 20 years.  Finely cut, mid-green foliage turns red and orange in the autumn, and spring clusters of small white flowers develop into bright red berries providing further seasonal interest and food for wildlife.  This Mountain Ash is tolerant of a wide range of sites including polluted and exposed areas, doing well in both slightly acid and alkaline conditions.
