Cercis canadensis ‘Ruby Falls’

Cercis canadensis ‘Ruby Falls’ is a compact, deciduous tree known for its unique weeping habit and vibrant foliage. This cultivar features heart-shaped leaves that emerge a deep burgundy-red colour in spring, maturing to a dark maroon-red as the season progresses. In early spring, it produces small, rosy-pink flowers directly on its branches before the leaves appear. ‘Ruby Falls’ typically grows to a height of about 2 metres (6 to 8 feet) and has a similar spread, making it a perfect choice for small gardens.
