Hailing from outside Bath in the Victorian era, ‘Beauty of Bath’ is a very early dessert apple, with pale yellow-green skin flushed red. Producing a heavy crop, it is best eaten straight from the tree and not stored. The flesh is creamy white, sweet and juicy. ‘Beauty of Bath’ is not self-fertile.
