How do I place an order?

Call on 01454 310664, drop us an email info@oldsodburytrees.co.uk or pop in and select from our wide range of stock.

Can you explain the delivery costs to me?

We grow (often on-site), care for, and meticulously pick and pack each order directly from our nursery. Our dedicated vans and drivers ensure expert delivery, skipping package distribution centers. Delivery costs remain fixed per postcode, reflecting the distance from our nursery to you, regardless of the order size. We take pride in ensuring your plants arrive in top condition. Give us a call to get costs for delivering in your area. Experience the difference of our hands-on approach to bring nature to your doorstep!

Can you deliver outside mainland UK?

Unfortunately not. The time and costs involved in transporting trees with our own vehicles across the sea makes it unviable.

How will my order be delivered?

Your trees and plants will be delivered by our delivery drivers and vans, ensuring the safe transportation of your purchases, guaranteeing they arrive at your doorstep in optimal condition.

If you anticipate difficulty accessing your address, kindly inform us so we can find a suitable solution.

Do I need to be at home to receive the delivery?

No, as long as you are happy for us to leave the trees outside your property (e.g. on a driveway, front garden or yard). Trees left at your property normally will be left lying down so they are not damaged by being blown over.

How do I collect my order?

Collect your order effortlessly from Monday to Friday between 08:30-16:00.

Bare root and root balled trees and shrubs will be freshly dug up and packaged prior to your arrival so we’d appreciate 24 hours notice prior to collection.

Feel free to choose and load your order into your vehicle, and we’re here to assist you during the process. Simplifying your collection experience is our commitment.

We are currently open Mon to Sat 8:30-16:00 and 10:00 – 16:00 bank holidays.

We are closed on Sundays.
