Magnolia grandiflora ‘Exmouth’

Magnolia grandiflora ‘Exmouth’ is a majestic evergreen tree renowned for its large, fragrant white flowers and glossy, dark green leaves. It typically reaches a height and spread of 10 metres making it an impressive focal point in any landscape. ‘Exmouth’ is prized for its bowl shaped, cream, heavily scented flowers, and this plant will thrive in a moist but well drained, slightly acidic soil.  A sheltered site protecting its buds from cold winds and late frosts is recommended.  It takes its name from the Devonshire town where it was introduced and grown.
